Guidelines for all representatives of Blue Digital Media & Web Solutions - Get Attention
- Being an employee of Blue Digital Media & Web Solutions, every employee will have to abide by below mentioned Conduct and Discipline rules. No employee will be allowed to deviate from the rules while on duty. If the management finds an employee to be violating the rules of the company, Management shall consider the said employee to be liable for disciplinary action.
- All the Employees shall have to wear the identity cards while on duty.
- Employees won’t be allowed to check their personal Emails.
- If the Management of the company finds any employee’s Log-in time to be after scheduled opening time of the office twice, it will be counted as a Half-day.
- Employees are allowed to attend their personal calls but make sure it shouldn’t disturb anyone else present there. Management won’t tolerate if it’s found that any employee is taking undue advantage of this facility. Employees won’t be allowed to waste productive time on just personal phone calls.
- Employees will have to keep mobile phones on Silent or Vibration mode and will attend their calls outside of the office premises.
- The Lunch timings will be between 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. An employee can use this time for their personal work and can go out of the office after informing to the concerned authority or HR.
- Friends or relatives are allowed to visit office but make sure it shouldn’t disturb other employees and their meeting won’t be more than half an hour. They will have to sit outside working premises.
- No employee can use company’s telephone, fax and mobiles without prior permission, for private purposes. In case of emergencies, such a use can be permitted with the authorization from concerned reporting authority.
- If it’s found that an employee is coming late to the office or remaining absent from the office without valid reasons, the concerned authority or HR will take adequate action or stop wages of that employee for that concerned period. In addition to that the competent authority, at its discretion is entitled to take disciplinary action against the said employee concerned.
- No one is permitted to keep user passwords, if they are using any passwords while on duty. While they’re absent he/she should share those credentials to the concerned authority, so that other employees in the company can access your computer.
- Negligence to work by an employee won’t be tolerated by the management and the management will have the jurisdiction to take disciplinary action against the concerned employee.
- Every Employee shall have to make the entry and have to sign undertakings if he/she takes any office belongings to his/her respective homes and in case of any loss or damage, the concerned employee will be liable for it.
- In case of any unavoidable circumstances, one has to take leaves or late due to some reasons, he or she will have to inform the office in office numbers.
- The employee or employees who decide to resign from our organization they have to inform the management or HR department 45 days prior to the scheduled date of resigning. If any employee violates such regulations, the organization will have the legitimate authority to take appropriate action against the said employee or employees.
- The employee or employees while resigning from our organization will have to sign an undertaking that they won’t disclose company’s client and business details and other important information to the third party or misuse that information for own purpose. If any violation of the said regulations is observed, the company is free to take legal action against the person concerned.
- The employees during working hours or during office time are not allowed to use drugs or wine or any other similar substances. If found using such substances, the management is within its discretion to take action or warn the employee or employees not to be involved with such type of conduct.
